What does 'Pre-order' mean?
• When a item is indicated as pre-order, it means that the item will be going into production once there is enough interest/orders to fund the item into production! Which is why all purchases are final.
• There are also certain designs that go through two pre-order phases: (sampling goal + pre-order goal). This is usually when a design can be sampled before starting production of the design!
What does 'Grade/Grading' mean:
Grade/grading is used to help mark items to indicate whether they have any kind of flaws or not. **A more detailed info on grading will be made available here soon!
• Items marked with 'Standard' grade or no grade marks are items with no flaws.
• Items marked as 'B', 'C', 'D' grade. Indicates that the item has some kind of flaw, and a discount is usually applied.
What is the shipping processing time estimate?
(Please note these estimates are for orders that do not contain any pre-order items)
Orders usually take about 1-2 weeks to be processed and shipped out. **Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the processing estimate is now 3-4 weeks until further notice.
Shipping Information (Canada/USA/UK+EU/INTL):
Canada: Stamped mail (Canada Post) and Tracking shipping (Chit Chats x Canada Post) are the two available options for Canadian residents.
USA: Tracked shipping (Chit Chats x USPS). All orders from the United States is sent out via Chit Chats Canada who pick up all orders are forwards them to USPS to maintain low shipping costs and efficient shipping times to its destination.
UK+EU: Due to newly introduced VAT rules, a Etsy shop is now open for UK and EU friendly shipping via Chit Chats x Asendia and APC.
I have made multiple orders and I would like to combine them to save on shipping. What can I do?

My order has not been shipped out yet and my mailing address has recently changed. What can I do?
